Zona Colonial Hictorical Tour

A captivating journey through the colonial heartland of Santo Domingo, the cradle of numerous pioneering architectural marvels from the New World era. Commencing our exploration at Las Ruinas de San Francisco, we embark on this enlightening expedition.

The tour commences at Las Ruinas de San Francisco, marking the beginning of a historical and architectural exploration that spans from 1492, when the Spanish arrived on the American continent, through significant events such as invasions, devastations, and the rise of the island's cultural, social, and political identity during the April Revolution of 1965.
